IT Networking & Security
Reflex has worked in the UK IT Networking & Security markets for many years, and operates a team
of consultants who successfully supply IT professionals to the IT supplier, Service Provider and End
User markets.
We have worked in the IT Networking & Security sector for many years. However, recently we have
seen a growth in the demand for our services. Combined with the result of recent successful
campaigns for IT security companies, this has resulted in an impressive and substantial database of
skilled IT professionals based nationwide which include, IT Security Sales Personnel and IT Security
Technical staff, both on a permanent and contract/assignment basis.
On the technical side, we have candidates who between them have a considerable amount of
experience in 1st – 3rd Line support, Network Support, Network Security, Information Security, Internet
Security, Penetration Testing, Auditing, IDS and Vulnerability Assessments etc. They also have
industry specific credentials such as; MCSE, MCSA, MCDST, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, CHECK, CISSP
and CLAS. On the sales side, we have candidates ranging from Internal Sales through to Pre-sales,
Telesales through to Senior Account/Sales Management expertise.

THE PROFILE SERVICE
The Profile Service cuts to a minimum the time required to fill a position, while providing the broadest
range of applicants possible. Using our candidate register updated by constant advertising, Reflex
consultants select those candidates that match our Client's recruitment profile. Reflex consultants coordinate the whole recruitment process ensuring that the assignment is carried out as swiftly and
smoothly as possible.

THE CAMPAIGN SERVICE
We can recruit one or a number of staff to a given timetable and budget. The service is centred on
targeted advertising which is particularly effective for the more difficult campaigns. Other facets of the
service can include open days plus technical and psychometric testing. Clients benefit from our
advertising expertise, reduced advertising costs and a dedicated tailored service.

Caring for IT Professionals
Reflex consultants take a pride in candidate care. Candidates are invited to our offices for career
counselling and our consultants work both reactively responding to candidates instructions and also
proactively in identifying possible new career paths. Working to REC guidelines, all work is carried out
in complete confidence, and no Client representations are made without the full approval of the
candidate. Advice is also provided on a range of subjects including; CV layout, first time contracting
and interview techniques.

Reflex has also gained an excellent reputation for its contract service. The Company has provided
long term assignments for a growing number of contractors and regular short term work for others.
Key to the Company’s success has been to address the fine details of contracting. For example;
finding the appropriate assignments, sourcing information on accountancy and taxation matters,
providing mortgage references and maintaining regular contact, as well as offering contractor social
events. This has resulted in over 85% of our contractors being offered and accepting an extension to
their first contract with Reflex.

Location
We occupy modern offices in the centre of Redhill, Surrey. We are close to the main-line rail station
and the M23/M25 motorway network is also near at hand.
Using technology to your advantage
Clients can interview candidates in our offices in a confidential environment, or via our in-house video
conferencing facilities. We continually invest in our IT systems to ensure that we maintain our
technical advantage, required to meet our business objectives. We employ a specialist recruitment
system, applicant and client databases, REC accreditation, extensive advertising, the Internet, salary
surveys and market trends information. In-house psychometric and aptitude testing facilities are also
part of the Reflex Consultants’ tools.
In practice, this enables us to select the most suitably qualified candidates promptly and work to the
tightest of deadlines.
We also retain expertise in artwork and design for specialist recruitment advertising offering a
complete turnkey service.
Terms of Business
Fees are competitive and transparent and in the unlikely event of a candidate leaving a client for
whatever reason, we have a comprehensive refund / replacement policy.
