The Minister for Justice and Equality, Mr Alan Shatter T.D and The Minister of State for Disability, Equality and Mental Health, Kathleen Lynch T.D invite members of the public and organisations to take part in public consultation meetings to discuss Ireland's human rights record as part of the United Nations Human Rights Council Universal Periodic Review (UPR) process. A series of public meetings will be held around the country with the southeastern regional meeting at Kilkenny Castle's Parade Tower. All are most welcome to attend. Save the day for this mini-festival of drawing and try your hand at drawing with string and willow, drawing with wood and other creative approaches to the practice of drawing outdoors!
