------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Objective: To serve as a Loaned Executive to provide the support necessary for Agency
Heads, Senior Executives, and Campaign Coordinators to conduct a successful Workplace
CFC Campaign and gain experience from an enriching opportunity.
Reports to: King County CFC Campaign Manager
Qualifications:
 Available August 24 through December 4, 2015.
 Ability to be self-directed and exercise good judgment, even under stressful
conditions.
 Drivers License, insurance, and access to a car – either government vehicle for the
duration of the tour or approval for travel and parking reimbursement.
 Talent for organization: Word, Excel, database proficiency is desirable.
 Enthusiasm about accepting new assignments and learning new skills.
 Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
 Positive attitude, flexibility and ability to be supportive team player.
 Ability to lead a diverse group to stimulate interest in CFC.
 Ability to coordinate and communicate with executives of other Federal agencies.

VOLUNTEER DETAIL OPPORTUNITY
Responsibilities:
 Analyze assigned agencies campaign history - determine strengths and areas for
improvement.
 Assist assigned agencies and coordinators to develop and implement successful
campaign strategies.
 Establish goals and achieve campaign objectives, document campaign results.
Create “Thank You” letters.
 Serve as liaison between agency campaign coordinator and campaign headquarters.
Maintain contact with each Agency Coordinator on a regular basis. Recognize and
react positively to problem situations.
 Provides support for the campaign’s first year with Universal Giving1
 Speak at 20+ employee briefing sessions to educate employees about workplace
campaign.
 Deliver campaign materials, awards and recognition items for assigned accounts.
 Participate in Campaign Coordinator and Keyworker Training sessions.
 Submit all reports and contributions to Campaign Headquarters
 Participate in weekly LE meetings and all campaign related events; fully participate as
LE team member.
 Prepare award nominations for accounts.
 Communicate campaign progress to campaign staff on a regular basis.
 Update account-tracking reports on a regular weekly basis.
 Prepare assigned account files for the next loaned executive, including campaign
event summary and recommendations.
