effect for mergers consummated in the fiscal year beginning
after December 15, 2008 (i.e. 2009 for calendar year ends)
will affect credit unions as well as best practices, planning,
and other transaction issues including:

consideration given;
The valuation process behind ASC805 (Formerly SFAS
141R);
Post merger accounting concepts;
