4. Only access the Internet with teacher approval.

Class Procedures:
 E-mail: Students will use their school G-mail account and Google Drive to access and
store class information and assignments. At the beginning of each class period, students
need to immediately log in to their G-mail account to access the daily lesson, activity,
quiz, test, etc.
 Restroom Passes: Students are expected to use the restroom before or after class
begins, but emergencies do arise. For this reason, each student will be issued THREE
restroom passes for the semester. These passes can be used for restroom emergencies
or turned in at the end of the year for extra credit.
 Headphone Use: Headphones may be used for learning purposes throughout the
semester. Additionally, students who finish an assignment early may earn the privilege
to listen to music. This privilege is authorized by the teacher and can be revoked at any
time.
 Equipment Use: Equipment is a necessary part of this class, and it is important that
special care is taken to protect this equipment. Each student is responsible for reporting
any problems with equipment to the teacher immediately. Students should never
attempt to repair or move equipment without teacher approval.
 Class Materials: Students must bring the following to class each day: One 3 ring binder
with notebook paper, pen or pencil, and a flash drive. Please organize and keep all work
in this binder.
 Tests and Quizzes Policy: Quizzes may be given at any time; however, tests will be
announced at least two days in advance. The final state exam is required and must be
taken on the day it is given. This date will be announced later in the semester.
 Make-up Procedures: When a student is absent, it is his/her responsibility to complete
make-up work the first day back to class. If a student is absent on test day, he/she will
be expected to re-take the test before or after school on the following school day.
 Late Assignments: Any late assignments will be penalized a letter grade for each day
late. After five days late, the student will receive a zero for that assignment.
The teacher may add to or update classroom procedures at any time.
