ROBERTA BALDI COURSE AIMS The aim of the course is to analyse communication and negotiation strategies in a variety of discourse models in English, and to promote the ability to identify different expressive situations as well as the linguistic competence necessary to interact and negotiate effectively in different communicative contexts, both written and spoken.
