The Harlow Campus
Memorial’s Harlow campus is located in Old Harlow, midway between London
and Cambridge. It is situated just off the village centre, which contains cafes,
pubs, food stores, a bank and other services.
There are hourly trains at the local station, Harlow Mill, and more frequent trains
to the adjacent Harlow Town station. The Stansted International Airport is also
close by, with inexpensive flights by Ryanair and Easyjet to dozens of European
cities.
At the Harlow campus, the main building and student residence is a Victorian
maltings dating from 1870. Other housing is available in 17th century Cabot
House. A third building, St. John’s Cottage, contains the main classroom. The
buildings were renovated in 2002, updating classrooms, library and residential
facilities. All residence rooms have private baths, phone and 24/7 internet.
