2 CREDITS = 36 WEEKS
General Requirements:
1. Meeting with my teacher at least one period weekly. I understand that agreed upon
meeting times are mandatory.
2. Maintaining a log for time spent working on my own or with an outside mentor.
3. Maintaining a work folder maintaining completed assignments and tests. All work will be
graded by a rubric. Sample rubrics are listed on Units of Study page.
4. Mastery and completion of academic material.
5. Organizing work into a portfolio as described in the Portfolio Cover Page. Place the
cover page on the portfolio folder for record keeping purposes.
6. I will submit the final portfolio two weeks before the end of the term. Teacher will use a
rubric to determine whether to grant me credit for the course.
