Full day tour Damascus. During the visit we will see the Archaeological
Museum, the Azem Palace, the Umayyad Mosque, and for sure a walk
into it’s amazing Suq. Overnight in Damascus.
D7:
Early morning drive to Aleppo visiting in route Maaloula and the
Crusader’s fortress of Krac de Chevaliers. Overnight in Aleppo.
D8:
Morning visit the Church of San Simeon. Afternoon Aleppo City tour.
Visit the ancient Citadel, the Great Umayyad Mosque, and the oldest
Suq in the world with 8 Km² of covered shops. Overnight in Aleppo.
D9:
Drive to Palmyra visiting the Roman city of Afamia and the Roman wooden
"Norias" (waterwheels) in Hama. Overnight in Palmyra.
D10:
Visit Palmyra, the massive Temple of Bel, the Colonnaded street
running to the Funerary Temple, the Theatre, the 2nd-century Agora,
and the Tetrapylon until the Valley of the Tombs. Afternoon drive
towards Damascus. Overnight in Damascus.
D11:
Transfer to Damascus Airport for final departure.
