2. When primers arrive they will have a label similar to:

3. Label tubes
4. Add 10 times the number () of milli-Q H2O to the tube to obtain a ~100
pmol/l concentration. These are the stock tubes. Store at -20C . We
routinely use 5pmol/l of primer/25l rxn
