A memorial service was held Thursday,

July 2, for Gwen Kaup. Gwen died on

Friday, June 26. We remember this family in our prayers.

Installation of officers for St. Paul

Lutheran Church is Sunday, July 12, during our 9 am worship service. All officers of the congregation are asked to be present.

Directories are also available to purchase for $5 each.

Fair Stand sign up sheets are on the table in back of church. Congregation members are asked to help as able. You are welcome to do part of a shift if unable to fill in a whole shift. (Please note by your name the times you can help.)

The congregation is asked to help supply pies for the fair stand. Homemade and bakery pies are welcome. For those unable to bake, you may order Village Pie Maker pies through the church office until July 7 for $8.50 each. These pies can be baked for you if needed. Please bring payment to the church office with your order (or place in a separate envelope in the offering plate.)

Pies will be baked Aug. 12, 13 & 14.

Anyone able to help bake these pies is asked to sign up on the sheet in back of church.

Church, (1101 K. Rd.) Beemer. Guest preacher is LCMS missionary, Rev. Shauen

Trump, Area Director for Eastern and

Southern Africa. Pastor Trump, his wife

Krista, and their sons are based in Nairobi,

Kenya, though Pastor Trump's missionary service takes him to roughly half of the

African continent. Immanuel's traditional outdoor service begins at 10:30 am, followed by lunch and Pastor Trump's presentation on LCMS Missions in Eastern and Southern Africa .
