Appointment of Stephen Mahoney, Assistant Plumbing & Fire Subcode Inspector
WHEREAS, N.J.A.C. 5:23-4.4 (a) 4. establishes the position of assistant and requires
the appointment of assistants in the absence of the regularly appointed Subcode Inspector.
WHEREAS, Dennis Bettler, Construction Official, recommends the appointment of
Stephen Mahoney to the position of Assistant Plumbing & Fire Subcode Inspector as
appropriate.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Township Committee of the
Township of Bernards that Stephen Mahoney serve as Assistant Plumbing & Fire
Subcode Inspector as directed by Dennis Bettler, Construction Official.
