Membership in Honors Choir is open by audition to all schools holding current MSVMA membership.
 Regional Date: December 5, 2015
 Fee: $30 per student (One check per school – individual student or parent checks will not be accepted)

Application Deadline: POSTMARKED BY October 23, or hand delivered up to three (3) days after by 2 pm.

Students who wish to be considered for selection for the State Honors Choir which will rehearse and perform at the
Michigan Music Conference in Grand Rapids, January 21-23, 2016 must understand the commitment and sign on the
application form.
Students who wish to be considered for selection for the All-State Choir, which will rehearse and perform in the
Michigan Youth Arts Festival in Kalamazoo, May 12-14, 2016 must understand the commitment and sign on the
application form.
