Indications:
 Used as a prognostic factor in stage II, node-positive breast cancer patients.

An aid to predict disease-free and overall survival of the above patients when treated with
cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin and 5-fluorouracil.

Breast cancer patients with a 2+ IHC Her-2/neu stain who are candidates for Herceptin treatment.
Result Reporting:
Non-Amplified or Amplified with the ratio of control to Her-2/neu genes present.
