The international conference on Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, e-Business, and Applications brings together
computer scientists and engineers, computer developers and users, professionals in computer science, information science and business, and students
to exchange and share their experiences, new ideas, research results and research-in-progress about all aspects (theory, practice, applications and
tools) of computer science, information technology and their applications. The conference will include Keynote presentation, Tutorial presentations
and technical paper presentations. The accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings to be distributed during the conference. For

Submission of Papers
We solicit research and experience papers as well as research-in-progress and practitioners reports in all areas of computer science, software
engineering, information technology, e-business and applications. Submissions, refereeing, and all correspondence will be conducted by e-mail. Please
include a cover page (1st page) containing paper title, authors (indicate primary contact person), address, affiliation, e-mail address, phone number, fax number, topic
area of your paper. The 2nd page starts off with paper title, abstract, keywords (5-7), and text. The program committee will review each submission and judge it with
respect to its originality, significance, and relevance. Send your full paper (not to exceed 15 double-spaced pages) or an extended abstract (3-4 pages) via e-mail
as an attachment document (not part of your e-mail) either in Word, postscript, or pdf format to the appropriate conference coordinator on or before January 15,
2002.

Note. All presented papers will be reviewed for journal submission. At the end of the conference, session chairs and program committee members will recommend
some authors of well presented papers be invited to submit extended versions of their presented papers for publication in a special issue on "Computer and Information
Science" of the International Journal of Computer and Information Science. Prof. Narayan Debnath will be the Guest Editor of this special issue.
Submission of Tutorials/Workshops/Panels
Send your proposal (3-4 pages) to the Tutorial Chair via e-mail by January 15, 2002. It should include a description of the tutorial and an outline of the material to be
presented, and the qualifications of the presenter. The tutorial is normally 3 hours long.

Conference Location
The conference will take place at the Hotel Internacional Foz and Convention Center, Foz de Iguazu, Brazil. The Iguazu is easily
accessible from all major international airports in Argentina, Brazil, and other countries. The spectacular Iguazu Falls and beautiful
rain forests located in Iguazu (Argentina) and Foz de Iguazu (Brazil), the border of Argentina and Brazil, is one of the most popular
tourist attractions in South America. The Hotel Internacional and Convension Center provides an excellent facilities for an
international conference as well as for conference participants. Many important sight seeing tours including the famous Iguazu Falls,
Macuco Safari and Rain Forests will be available for the conference participants and guests during the conference.
