possible to entry on a day of show)
Baby and Dog – possible to entry on a day of show (no fee)

Discount for multiple dogs may be claimed only if the name of the owner is identical with the first
form.
Dogs in puppy, veteran, honor and baby show class cannot be recognized as a first dog if exhibiting
more dogs.

Instructions:
Please fill out the entry forms on a typewriter or use block letters, unreadable forms has to be refused. Organizers
shall not be responsible for incorrectly completed entry forms.
Entries without a payment certificate are going to be refused.
Every dog can enter only one class.
A copy of pedigree must be enclosed to the entry form.
A recognized working/champion certificate must be enclosed to enter the dog to working/champion class. In case
of missing, the dog will be entered to open class.
Admission of the dog will be confirmed.
The submission of the entry form shall be regarded as the exhibitor's declaration stating, he/she knows exhibition
terms show regulations and will observe them.
General conditions:
All dogs and bitches of briard breed registered in the FCI studbooks are allowed to enter the show. Dog must
complete the age limit required for the respective class in the day of the show date. Imported dogs must be
registered in the Czech pedigree book. The organizer shall not be responsible for any damages caused by the dog
or the exhibitor or for the dog’s death or loss. Roaming of unleashed dogs shall not be permitted. Dogs with
tendencies to bite shall wear muzzles.
Dogs with cropped ears shall cannot be admitted or judged at the show. (In compliance with the Animal
Protection Law No. 246/1992 and No. 77/2004). Bitches being in heat, highly pregnant bitches, breastfeeding
bitches and individuals who have undergone surgery to alter the dog’s appearance shall not be entered. It is
forbidden to use any cosmetic on coat or skin that alters the structure, color or form and to leave the dog tied up
on the trimming table longer than necessary for show preparation.
Unless otherwise specified, the provisions of the FCI international show rules and ČMKU rules shall apply.
The show can be cancelled due to objective reasons; all collected fees shall be used to cover show costs. Bringing
puppies and their sale at the venue shall not be permitted.
Subject to alterations of judge.
The exhibitors agree with publishing of their address in the show catalogue.
Veterinary conditions:
1. Upon presentation, the dog’s vaccination card or passport must be shown with proof of the following
vaccinations: rabies, distemper, and inf. hepatitis and leptospirosis min. of 30 days prior and max. 1 year prior the
show.
2. The animal must be in good clinical conditions.
3. Clinical examination of the dog’s health state is not required.
Complaints:
Complaint against any decision made by a judge shall not be possible. However, formal complaints concerning
violation of show rules and provisions may be filed. Such complaint must be submitted in writing and accompany
a deposit of CZK 1000 as surety during the duration of the show. If the complaint is found to be unjustified, this
surety will be handed over to the organizer of the show.

Whole page in catalogue (A5) 300 CZK, half page 150 CZK. Non members and businessmen 1000 CZK.

Újezd nad Lesy is localized on the road No. 12 from Prague to Kolín. When you enter Ujezd nad Lesy,
you come to the crossing with lights, you turn right (direction to Koloděje) and behind the lake you
turn right again .
