DOOR WITH DOOR CLOSER:
Providing, fabricating and fixing door frame
in 4”x5” steam beach wood and fixing of 35
mm thick solid core door shutter of
approved make and laminated with 1mm
laminates of approved shade and make on
both sides. The door shall be glazed with 8
mm float glass fixed with beach wood
beading of 12mm thick and having etching
work (Etching cost considered @ ` 40/sft).
Glazing portion of door shall be done in the
same line / pattern as of the partition to
which it is fixed. All open edges of door
shall be leaped with beach wood beading
and all wood to be finished with melamine
spray polish. The door shall be fitted with
door closer of approved make, 3 nos of
heavy brass hinges, brush steel finish 6
lever mortise lock (set of three keys) and
heavy door stopper and all other fittings
and fixture etc. complete and as per design
and approval of Engineer-in-charge.

having one side pedestals. Each pedestal
shall have three drawers 1'-3" wide and 6"
depth with a footrest made with 4"x1.5"
teak wood section. The drawers are to be
made with 18 mm thick plywood as sides
