Door: The doors shall be solid seamless moulded glass-fibre reinforced polyester
Reference: enviro-plast Type S Single DA double action (SSDA) or Pair -DA double action (SDDA)
Sizes: See list of Envirodoor’s standard sizes.
Facing: Seamless hygienic moulded polyester. Moisture absorption zero.
Door leaf: 4.5mm – 7mm thick / spine of door leaf being 40mm thick
Finish: Smooth non-porous gelcoat finish
Colour: Standard colours – Brilliant White (RAL:9010), Light Grey (RAL:7034) or Dark Grey
(RAL:7045). Bespoke colours - choice of any RAL colour to be confirmed with Envirodoor prior to
order
Door frame:
 Stainless Steel Type DD frame (plant on frame with or without wrap around architrave)
(Grade 304 or 316 and welded and mitred in corners) to suit wall thickness
 Seamless GRP (choice of any RAL colour to be confirmed with Envirodoor prior to order) to
suit wall thickness
 Aluminium (powder coated or anodised) to suit wall thickness
Specify wall thickness
Fixing: Fix direct to structure with stainless steel screws
Ironmongery
Hinges: Delrin self-lubricating nylon spring hinges with 180 degree swing - self closing or hold open
Protection:
 high impact rubber (smooth or ribbed) bonded onto door - 3 mm thick
 high impact PVC (smooth) bonded onto door - 2mm thick
 polypropylene bumpers – 290mm or 490mm deep
Glazing: single glazed acrylic 200x300mm in neoprene gasket or up to 200x600mm with anodised
aluminium or stainless steel frame (as required) – additional acrylic panel up to 200x300mm
positioned in lower section of half of door to comply with DDA regulations if required
