Britain 1750 – 1900 How did Britain change between the period 1750 & 1900? There were many changes which took place in Britain between 1750 & 1900. Changes took place in the following areas: o Population; o Agriculture; o Industry; o Working conditions; o Transport (roads, canals, railways & the motorcar). In your group, you are going to research one area. You will need to teach the rest of the class about your topic. Your group will therefore need to present your findings to the rest of the class (perhaps in the form of a presentation). This should be about 5 minutes in length. You also need to produce a learning task, which the rest of the class will do after your presentation. The learning task should task the class about 5minutes to complete.
