About Go-Go Gymnastics Inc.
OUR MOTTO
Go-Go Gymnastics Inc., a mobile recreational gymnastics club for children of all ages,
was incorporated in January of 2006. The dreams of having a recreational gymnastics
club designed to service a variety of geographical markets became a full reality in July
2006 when we hosted our first summer camp. Since then, Go-Go Gymnastics Inc. has
been busy offering recreational classes in elementary schools in Districts 1, 17 and 18, 6
& 8, birthday parties, day camps throughout the province, and many special events!
Go-Go Gymnastics Inc. has developed a physical activity enrichment program using
gymnastics equipment and skills. The program focuses on three fundamental principles:
Fun, Fitness & Flare — ensuring each child has an extraordinary gymnastics

state of the art equipment designed with fun and safety in mind. From balance beams to
bouncy castles, and uneven beams to obstacle courses, our equipment is sure to wow
everyone! Go-Go Gymnastics delivers the best because we have the best. Along with our
fantastic equipment, many of our coaches are Nationally Certified in Gymnastics, First
Aid, and CPR.
In a time where our society is in critical need for increased physical activity, Go-Go
Gymnastics gives kids a chance to keep fit while having fun. Not only does recreational
gymnastics offer excellent physical development, it also provides many other benefits

GENERAL INFORMATION
Preparation for Class
 Children should arrive for gymnastics in comfortable clothes (i.e. a t-shirt,
shorts or comfortable pants). Jeans are not recommended as they do not allow
for the full range of motion needed for the gymnastics program.
 Children with long hair are required to have their hair tied back at all times.
Please provide extra hair ties with your child on “gymnastics” day.
 Participants are required to go bare feet in the gym. Socks are slippery and can
be a safety hazard. If for some reason socks need to be worn (or they prefer
socks!) we ask that the socks have grips on them for the child’s safety.
Ballet/Dance shoes are also acceptable.
 Water bottles are also advised to keep the child hydrated during the program,
though many locations are equipped with a water fountain. Water bottles, if
brought, must be kept outside the gym or on the bleachers.
 Please note that we are a nut free facility. Please no nuts or peanuts!
Gym Rules
 Parents are encouraged to come watch their children in the gym; however they
are not permitted on the gym floor for safety reasons. Viewing areas will be
provided at each school. For insurance purposes, we also ask that any siblings
not registered with Go-Go Gymnastics stay within the viewing area and off
the gym floor & equipment. Cameras are always welcome in the Go-Go Gym,
but please ask a Gym Supervisor for admittance onto our gym floor at all
times.
 For insurance purposes, coaches will accompany each group in and out of the
gym and from station to station in an orderly fashion. Children are not
allowed to be on the equipment unless a coach is present.
 Inappropriate language and behaviour will be addressed in accordance with
Go-Go Gymnastics’ discipline policy (see “Discipline Policy”).
Class Standards
 All classes at Go-Go Gymnastics have full-gym access, and will visit all
equipment stations during the duration of their class each week.
 All classes begin with a warm-up which differs in length depending on the
program that the child is enrolled in.
 Children are normally grouped by both age and experience, ensuring that they
are both surrounded by similar peers and coached by the most appropriate
instructor.
 Children must be able to follow their group at all times, as well as adhere to
the instructions and rules set out by their coach.
 Recreational Gymnastics Classes follow Go-Go Gymnastics’ unique badge
system, which is based upon appropriated testing administered by coaches.
Please note that our Bouncing Buddies and Tumble Tots Classes are parent
accompanied, coach-led classes, which requires parent participation at all
times. Like the children, parents are also required to go bare-foot in the gym.
Birthday Parties
 Go-Go Gymnastics offers exceptionally entertaining in-gym birthday parties
during our Saturday programs, which can also include face painting, parachute
fun, and more. Birthday parties are available at most of our locations with an
array of time-slots to choose from. Call our office for details (506) 4555496/1(877)977-4646 or visit our website for information on all of our
birthday party options www.gogogym.com.
Drop Off/Pick up Policy
 We ask that program participants be dropped off no earlier than five minutes
before the start of class and be picked no later than 5 minutes after their class
ends.
 All children will be signed in and signed out at the end of their session by one
of our staff members. If you have someone else picking up your child other
then the parent/guardian's name listed on the registration form - please ensure
that you send your child with a note, or contact our office at 4555496/1(877)977-4646.
 For the safety of your children, they will not be allowed to leave the building
to meet parents in the car, walk home, etc unless written permission from the
parent/guardian is provided.
Discipline Policy
 Go-Go Gymnastics employs a three-tier discipline policy. In the first instance,
the child will receive a verbal warning. The second instance, the child will be
asked to sit out for the remainder of their station. In the third instance, parents
will be called and asked to pick the child up. If discipline continues to be an
issue, the child may be asked to withdraw from the program without refund.
Refund Policy
 Go-Go Gymnastics takes great pride in ensuring we reserve a low coach/child
ratio for all of our classes. For this reason, we secure coaches based on the
number of children registered in the program well before the beginning of
each term. Therefore, refunds for registration fees will not be issued. Twelve
month credits may be issued for medical reasons only, with an accompanied
doctor’s note. The annual NBGA insurance fees are also non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
 If school is cancelled at your child’s school on a day they were to attend
gymnastics (inclement weather, PD days, etc.), Go-Go Gymnastics will also
be cancelled.
Drop-In/Make-Up Policy
 Due to our increasing number of sold out classes, Go-Go Gymnastics will not
be able to offer drop-in make up classes for any missed time. If your child
misses a scheduled class, and there is space available, we will absolutely fit
them in, as long it is approved prior with the office. Please be advised that
make-up classes can only be done within the same term. Please call us in the
office to set up this option, as it is required to notify us of your make-up time
prior to the day of the program. You can contact the office via telephone (4555496/1(877)977-4646) or email at tumble@gogogym.com.
Payment Options
 Go-Go Gymnastics accepts payment by Cash, VISA, MASTERCARD,
Money Order, or Email Money Transfer.
 We request that all payments are made in full upon booking your child’s spot.
Please note that all payments & insurance fees are non-refundable.
