Could you please provide me with sample texts of the following Letters Patent?
(1) a Conge d'Elire for the election of a Bishop
(2) the Letters Missive designating the person to be elected as Bishop
(3) Royal Approval of a Bishop's election
(4) for the appointment of a Cathedral Canon
(5) for the appointment of a Cathedral Dean
(6) for the appointment of Commissioners of the Great Seal
(7) for the appointment of the Lord High Almoner
