Scope of work


 weatherboard walls, masonry walls
 timber stairs – handrail, stringers and treads
 steel window security grills, windows, window sills
Exterior surfaces above lower gutter line including roof structures to include:
 previously painted gutters, fascias, down pipes, windows, gable walls, exhaust vents, masonry
walls, masonry parapet walls, window hoods, chimneys
Other areas to include:
 garden walls
 fences

 security bars

roof sheeting, signage, interior surfaces, air conditioning units and ducting, storage areas
