Sherry Laboratories Announces Northern Indiana Expansion
Agreement Marks Sixth Acquisition in Six Years
DALEVILLE, IND. -- Sherry Laboratories is pleased to announce its continued growth with the acquisition of the environmental
business division of A&L Great Lakes Laboratories. The two companies are using this transaction to form a mutually beneficial
relationship. This alliance will allow Sherry to expand its capabilities into the pesticide testing market while growing its customer
base in the areas of waste water, drinking water and sludge analysis. A&L Great Lakes Laboratories will continue its agricultural
testing portion of its business.

and A&L Great Lakes clients, providing them a broader base of environmental testing services. A&L Great Lakes will help direct
environmental testing requests to Sherry, while continuing to expand our core Agricultural Testing services. We are pleased that our

The combined operations of Sherry Laboratories and the environmental division of A&L Great Lakes Laboratories will be located at
Sherry’s Fort Wayne facility.
The acquisition of A&L Great Lakes Laboratories’ environmental division is the sixth in the past six years for Sherry Laboratories. In
2005, the company acquired a microbiological and food laboratory, Turner Technologies, in Warsaw, Ind. Sherry Laboratories
welcomed another environmental laboratory to its quickly expanding network, Edglo Labs in Fort Wayne, Ind. in late 2007. Soon to
follow in 2008, the company acquired EIS Analytical Services, an environmental laboratory, in South Bend, Ind. Envirolab, a bioassay
laboratory located in Houma, La., was acquired by Sherry Laboratories in 2009. Earlier in 2011, Sherry Laboratories acquired Coast to
Coast Analytical Specialists, an air and emissions testing laboratory in Garland, Texas.
