Clinical Lecturer in Psychiatry

North Lee Mental Health Services in collaboration with the
Department of Psychiatry, UCC, seeks applications from suitably
qualified medical doctor candidates for these positions.
Contract: Fixed Term Contract of 18 months’ duration.
Qualifications: General Registration with the Irish Medical
Council. Membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists.
Duties will include teaching psychiatry to UCC medical students,
clinical research and psychiatric Registrar duties. The successful
candidates will provide leadership to the NCHD team at North Lee
Mental Health Services. The successful candidates will work in
General Adult Psychiatry, Liaison Psychiatry, and Home Based
Crisis Programmes over an 18 month period. These posts are
intended to prepare newly qualified MRCPsych doctors for future
Higher Training.
