This sale is designed to help you clean out the attic, garage, storage unit, etc.
to move your furniture and home accessories along to another home.

Sign up on our Website www.OxfordConsignment.com click on Home Décor & Furniture Icon
New Consignor Registration or Returning Consignor Registration. Using PayPal, pay the $25.00 Registration Fee.
Once you register you can enter inventory any time before 8 pm on Thursday, August 14th.
2.
Gather Items to Sell
Will you take all my items? Only-Nicer items that are much too good for a yard sale!
Items we DO accept….. Items must be priced at $10.00 (½ price sale = less than $10 is fine-at regular price before sale should be $10+) and above!

Tables, Art, Mirrors, Pottery, Trunks, Benches, Desk, Beds, Lamps with Shades, Crystal, Wingback Chairs, Couches in EXCELLENT
Condition, Armoires, Barstools, Baskets, Silver, Statues, Bookshelves, Sculptures, Buffets, Dressers, Fine China, Fine Linens, Custom
Bedding, Drapes, etc.
Items we DON’T accept….. Worth less than $10.00. If you are unsure call Amberlyn, 662-816-4387

PRESSBOARD Furniture, DVD’s, CD’s, unframed prints, bean bag chairs, pots and pans, games, gaming chairs, used-candles, puzzles,
towels, odd coffee cups, weapons, flower shop vases, electronics and appliances, small figurines without true value…JUNK!
As a general guideline…




If you bought it at any store with “mart” or “dollar” in its name, we don’t take it.
If it is dirty, cracked, broken, smelly, stained, torn, unsafe, unstable, stolen, or missing parts…yep, you guessed it…we won’t be able
to consign it for you!
Hmm..…I have had a yard sale. Can I bring in the items that didn't sell? NO-If it didn’t sell at your yard sale; it’s not going to sell
here either!

Enter Inventory with details about each item, the more details, the more money!
Who sets the prices? You the consignor set the price of the item you would like to sell. Consignors make 70% profit. Sunday is the discount
day (if you choose for your items to sell at a discounted ½ price on Sunday). If you really do not want to pick it up on Sunday night after the
sale ends, mark it down-people love bargains!

Print Tags Online
After all inventory has been entered Print Inventory on CARDSTOCK (Thick Heavy Paper)

Drop off your items at your Scheduled Time
Schedule a drop off time online at www.OxfordConsignment.com
Drop Off time will be available on Friday, August 15th from 9am-4pm. Drop off at the rear of the Conference Center. A roll up Garage
Door is available for Big/Bulky items.

If you can stay and place your items on the sales floor that will be most helpful!
After 5pm -Late Drop Off -Volunteer & Consignor shopping will be open at this time. Consignors will be responsible for placing their own items on the sale
floor.
6. Shop Early
Volunteer and Shop FIRST! Volunteers can shop Friday, August 15th at 5pm with 1guest. A Volunteer must work 2 hours anytime during
Friday, August 15th at 9am & Sunday, August at 7pm.
Consignors can shop Friday, August 15th 5:30pm with 1 guest
Both Consignors and Volunteers can Shop the ½ price sale Saturday, August 16th from 5-6pm with 1 guest.
Consignors & Volunteers may also shop the ½ price sale Sunday, August 17th from 11am – 12 pm.

Pick up your Unsold Items
What happens to unsold items at the end of the Sale? All unsold items must be collected at the end of the sale. Unsold items must be
collected Sunday, August 17th 5pm-6pm. All items not collected by 6pm on Sunday will become property of Oxford Consignment.
How long will my items be consigned? 2 days, Saturday, August 16th and Sunday, August 17th.

Receive Payment
All Checks will be mailed within one week of the close of the sale.
Participating in this sale means you the consignor agree to Oxford Consignment’s Rules –
Oxford Consignment Packet – “The Rules”

Please follow these rules and instructions exactly.
The Consignor must pay the $25.00 non-refundable registration fee to obtain a consignor number.
Oxford Consignment agrees to pay the Consignor 70% of net proceeds.
Consignors are responsible for drop off and pick up of consignment items.
Consignors will not hold Oxford Consignment responsible for loss, theft or damage to consignors goods-Sellers will not be compensated if
such risk should occur.
$10.00 Rule-If the item cannot bring $10.00 leave it out of the sale (½ price sale = less than $10 is fine-at regular price before sale should
be $10+). This is going to be an amazing sale. Great quality, awesome designers and name brands. To get the most Consignor income
please keep this rule in mind. All items must pass the $10.00 rule.
Print ONLY on CARDSTOCK to price items. Secure tags on all items.
Any guidelines not followed will have to be re-done by the Consignor before allowed in Oxford Consignment.
Items without tags or missing information will not be sold, but pulled from the sale and be available to be reclaimed at the end of the sale
Sunday, August 17th 4pm-6pm.
Oxford Consignment will pull items that are unacceptable to the quality of the sale. This is not a yard sale. Items that will demean the
image of the sale will be pulled and may be collected at the end of the sale. This is to insure we have “The Best” from “The Best”.
Waive any and all claims for personal injury resulting from participation in the sale from whatever cause against Oxford Consignment, any
volunteer or paid participant.
Items brought in by the Consignor for the consignment sale must meet Oxford Consignments Rules.
Any goods not claimed by 6pm August 17th will become property of Oxford Consignment and will be given away to a family/families in
need, charity or recycled, etc. Oxford Consignment is not responsible for items not claimed at the end of the sale. Check your inventory
list before leaving checking out of the sale. Allow more time checking in and out of the sale to insure all items are checked in and out of
the sale!
