BREEDING CONTRACT FOR KMSHA and KNGHA
STALLION
“JUST KENTUCKY”
This contract hereby states that the stud fee for the KMSHA and KNGHA stallion
named “Just Kentucky”, owned by Patty Beaty of Four Beat Farms 1355 Lake
Drive Loudon, Tennessee 37774, is $300.00. This fee is payable and due to Four
Beat Farms prior to any scheduled breeding.
The above stallion fee allows for a live foal guarantee. If the foal is still born, there
must be a death certificate signed by a licensed veterinarian before any additional
breeding will be allowed at No Charge.
Four Beat Farms will provide mare care to hand bred mares. All mares that are
brought to the farm for hand breeding will need to have their hind shoes removed.
The mare owner will need to provide a current negative coggins and a 30 day
current health certificate from a licensed veterinarian. Four Beat Farms will charge
an additional fee of $7.00 per day for mare care while mare is at farm for breeding.
Four Beat Farms will collect and ship semen for a total of three times per breeding
contract. The semen collection fee is an additional $175.00 plus all shipping/fuel
costs incurred. This fee will be paid directly to Four Beat Farms. All semen
shipping containers must be returned to Four Beat Farms above address within 14
days of delivery to mare owner. We collect and ship next day delivery, except
Sunday, with a minimum of 24 hour notice required. The three collections must be
made within a 6 month period beginning with the first.
If the mare does not ultrasound in foal after the third shipment of semen or third
attempt at hand breeding, the mare owner will be asked to rebreed in the following
calendar year with no refund.
