STALLION SERVICE CONTRACT

1) I hereby agree to breed the above mentioned mare to GETTIN IMPULSIVE during the 2014 @ a Fee of $1250.00.
This fee includes a booking fee of $450 and Breeding fee of $800 (before discounts) of which does include the 1st
Shipment of Semen. All future shipments if needed will be at $300.00. Booking Fee payable at time of booking and is
for Shipped Semen Only.
2) New to the 2014 Season, we will offer a discount breeding fee on all AQHA/APHA Proven Mares or Produce (Open,
Youth or Amateur). The Discount will consist of 1% per point from Breeding Fee of $800.00. Example: 50 points
Earn by Mare or Produce will receive discount of $400 - - 100 points Earn by Mare or Produce will receive a FREE
breeding. Booking fee is NOT included in discount and will still be responsibility of mare Owner (Must send copy of
show/produce record with contract).
3) There is a live foal guarantee with one return breeding privilege the following season if the mare does not produce a
live foal that is capable of standing and nursing. It is understood that any claim for re-breeding must be accompanied
by a statement from a veterinarian within one week from the death of the foal.
4) It is further understood that should the above mentioned stallion dies or becomes unfit for service, all fees are not
refundable.
5) Both parties agree to follow Breed Association rules.
6) A current copy of mare’s registration papers must be included with this contract.
7) A “Breeders Certificate” will be issued upon notification of the birth of the foal and all fees are paid in full.
8) This agreement shall be interpreted and enforced under the laws of the State of Minnesota.
