1. CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order by Victor Armendariz, President, at 6:45 P.M.
2. OFFICIAL CANVASS OF ELECTION
A.
Returns from November 13, 2012 Election of one Board Member:
President Victor Armendariz verified that the envelope is sealed and signed by election judges.
Separation of votes begins. Election Board Judge/Inspector Lynette Gray is present: “The judges of the election do hereby certify that the polls were open on this date November 13, 2012 from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm. Ballots were cast with the following results: Robert Bustoz seventy eight (78) votes and Kay Lorenzen one hundred and nine (109) votes. President Victor Armendariz verified the election count which was exactly what the election judges had recorded. “See attached signed
Canvass Results”. President Victor Armendariz declared Kay Lorenzen the winner.
3. ADJOURNMENT : Without objection, meeting adjourned at 6:51 PM.
