- Planned major cellular infrastructure development projects in Brazil, China, Australia, India,
Indonesia, Bangladesh, USA, Germany, Poland, and Spain.
- Worked with WIN team to assist national teams in establishing large project operations

NASA:
- Planned a major aircraft modification program to support FAA programs

Lucent Technologies:

Served as Manager of Planning for several major product areas including Operations, Research and
Development, Environmental Programs, and Advanced Programs. Specific projects include:
- Magellan Mission to Venus (Oct. 83 – Feb 89) Managed planning for design, fabrication,
test, and operational deployment of the Venus interplanetary spacecraft program. Duties
included a $240 million development program with numerous contractor and NASA
interfaces.
- MX/Peacekeeper Missile Program (Jan. 80 – Oct. 83) Established the planning effort on the
$4.5 Billion MX missile program. Developed and managed a planning operation of 115
planners and associated computer systems. Provided plans for all aspects of missile design,
fabrication, and test. Responsible for total program level planning and all associate
contractor and customer interfaces. Awarded Martin Marietta’s “Operational Performance
Award” in 1981.
UNITED STATES AIR FORCE
Flew 213 combat missions in a tactical fighter aircraft. Awards include:
