Within the markets that we serve there are primarily two business models that staffing and recruiting
firms fall into; those who sell on volume, staffing large numbers of people at very low mark-ups, and
those that position themselves within a specialized niche serving a very small portion of the marketplace
and not providing a global perspective. The first business model places very low value on the individual
and the second serves only a very few people within the marketplace as a whole. Furthermore, the
majority of business prospects within any market we choose to serve are neither large enough nor
specialized enough to be effectively serviced by these two models, and all individuals regardless of there
choice of career path deserve to be treated with respect and genuine concern for themselves and their
career goals. It was the realization of this state of the industry that led to the formation of Opti Staffing
Group.
Opti Staffing Group was formed to provide a superior option to those customers and candidates alike
that are seeking to either attract the best talent and fit for their organization, or those individuals that
wish to advance their career. To optimize the success of anyone’s career or any organization there must
be the realization that individuals can and do make a difference. Whether talking about someone’s
