Conditions of entry:
The show is open for purebred Arabian horses registred in a WAHO recognized studbook by the
closing day of entry.
Method of judging:
Four judges judge each class independently from each other and without catalogue according to
the following criteria: type, head and neck, body and topline, legs, movement, based on
the 20-points system. The points awarded by the judges will be added and divided by the
number of judges. In the event of a tie the higher place will be given to the horse with the most
points for type: if there is still a tie the highest points for movements will break the tie. Failing a
decision on either of these, one judge, chosen by ballot, will name his preference.
Foal classes:
Foals may be clipped. Can be shown in halter (no chain) as well as loose.
Foals are not eligible for Championships. Foalclasses are non-ECAHO.
Prices and rosettes:
All horses competing will each receive a rosette. The first and second in each class will receive a
trophy to keep. Rosettes and trophies will be awarded to all champions and to reserve
champions.
Liability disclaimer:
The organiser shall not be liable for death, disease or damage to any person, horse or property
however caused. It is furthermore an express condition of entry that each entrant shall indemnify
the organisers against all actions, costs, claims, demands or liability what-so-ever arising out of
any action in which he or she may be concerned.
Documents:
All horses must be free from infections and must come from a home stock free from epidemic
diseases. They must be vaccinated against INFLUENZA. Horses will be checked for Ringworm. Horses with Ring-worm will be excluded from the show grounds!!! The Vaccination Certificate and the
Passport is to be presented before unloading the horses.
A copy of the vaccination certificate, photocopies of the registration document and
passport have to be sent to the show-organiser together with the entry form. (Strict control
for the PASSPORT and veterinary-certificate!!)
Please state name, age, sex, pedigree and owner of the horse. It is important that a copy of the
registration certificate or horsepassport is received in order to print the catalogue as correctly as
possible. No horse will be permitted to enter the showring unless it’s name and relevant details
have been printed in the catalogue. Should you enter any mare with foal is it important that you
mention the age of the foal and the Sires name.
Horses from abroad:
Horses from abroad arriving at the showground must be accompanied by E.C. health documents.
Ask the veterinary service in your country. Horses can arrive from Wednesday.

Stable:
Boxes are available from the 30 th of June until the 3rd of July. Stables will close at 9:00 pm (if
other arrangements are requested – do not hesitate to contact us). Please note that straw(bedding)
is included. Hay and feed is not included and should be brought with your horse, or can be
bought at Blommeröd (contact the manager of the stable). Payment at the office should be in
Swedish currency (SEK).
Dinner Party:
The price is 42 EUR/person and includes a three course dinner and dance to live music. You are
welcome to pay for your dinner when you pay the entry fee for your horse(s). Please remember
to state your name and number of how many tickets you want. You will get your entrancebow
when you pick up your program at the secretariat. OBS!! Bringing your own liquor to breeders
dinner is not permitted!

Highest point of the show
Championships:
Horses placed first and second in each class qualify for the championships. Junior Champion
and reserve Junior Champion will be chosen from classes of 1 to 3 year old horses (male and
female separate). Senior Champion and reserve Senior Championship will be chosen from the
classes of 4 years and older horses (male and female seperate). All championships will be judged
in accordance with EAHSC rules for championships. After the Champion has been chosen from
the first placed horses, the reserve champion can be elected from all the other first and second
place horses that have been eligible for the championships and are lined up in front of the
judges.
Miscellaneous:
Depending on the number of horses entered, the show committee reserves the right to change
and cancel classes according to the rules of ECAHO. The classes will be held outdoors on sand.
In case of bad weather conditions the show will move to an indoor arena. All participants are
kindly asked to study the enclosed ECAHO Rules for conduct of shows. We are looking forward
to seeing you and we welcome you and your horse. We will do our very best to make your stay
with us in Sweden as pleasant as possible.
