CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
PLAYERS PROFILE
1. All players playing and submitting entries for the tournament will be deemed to have read and
accepted the conditions under which the competition events are to be conducted. By participating in

the tournament you expressly agree that the organisers will not be liable for any injuries/ losses
suffered, and how they may be caused and regardless of any negligence on the part of any
tournament organise or venue.

2. Each player must submit an individual entry form. Every player is allowed to enter in his/her own
grade and in the higher grade. The Tournament Committee reserves the right to reject or re-grade

any entry and will have entire control and management of the Tournament.
3. The tournament director will have the power to disqualify any player not available when called.
4. No entries will be accepted without the requisite entry fee. Refund is subject to conditions if

cancellation is made less than 7days from the tournament date.
5. In general all doubles will start at 9:00am follow by mixed doubles. Players MUST be registered
15min prior to commencement of the event.
6. The important notice about the tournament including the confirmed ‘playing order’ and
$25 for one doubles event and $40 for two events/ $12 for 3v3 event
Each player is limited to 1x doubles and 1x mixed doubles and 1x 3v3
event only
‘event starting time’ will be posted on www.jtultra.com.au Players MUST check the link and
make sure your events have been entered correctly.
7. One Set to 30pts will be used for all matches including finals. Players will change end at 15pts.
8. All players will be required to umpire if called upon to do so. Players must take turns to umpire in
Events - MD/ WD/ XD & 3v3

9. Tournament committee has the right to use any photo and videos taken from this event, players
must advise the tournament committee if there is any concern about this condition.
10. 3v3 event
10.1 Team – Each team consists minimum 1x female player.
10.2 How to play – Player A, B and C; Only player A and B will be serving and receiving, player C
does NOT serve nor receive.
10.3 Rules – 3v3 event will be using the same scoring system and general rules as Doubles event.
