4th of July is just around the corner. This is a
friendly reminder that any fireworks that
explode are illegal. The Winter Springs police
will be called if any fireworks are set off within
the neighborhood. The Winter Springs police
have informed us that they will confiscate any
fireworks that are prohibited by the state,
county and city. Please be kind and respect
your neighbors and the neighborhood as a
whole. Thank you for your consideration with
this matter.
Landscaping
The neighborhood is divided along Forest Hills
for mowing days. Mondays the common areas
and the West side of Forest Hills will be
mowed. Tuesdays will be the East side of
Forest Hills. Friday will be a make-up day in
case of weather or any other circumstance
which may occur. For any issues or comments,

Please put garbage cans and recycle bins on

Open Air Burning Ordinance
Please be respectful of your fellow neighbor’s
safety and health by adhering to the city
ordinance prohibiting open air burning as cited
below. It only takes one ember to start a
preventable fire.
ARTICLE II - IN GENERAL
Sec. 7-26 - Regulation of open-air burning
No person shall burn outdoors within the city
limits, except in an incinerator, any solid waste
in the form of trash, paper, grass clippings,
leaves, underbrush, felled trees, or other
combustible vegetable material without the
express permission of the fire department
regarding the location, size and duration of
each burning, nor without constant supervision
of each burning until the last spark of fire is
extinguished.
We would like to thank the Hemphills for all the
work they have done over the years to help
improve the community. John and Ruth have
spent countless hours making improvements to
the common areas. John has been kind enough
this year to take time and install all the new
LED lighting that illuminates the clubhouse and
parking lot. Thank you John and Ruth, you are
a great examples to this community.
Winter Springs Police
Please call the Winter Springs Police if you see
anything that seems suspicious, illegal, or
questionable. Thank you.
