Forest Hills Home and School Bursary
This Bursary is awarded in recognition of a former Forest Hills
School student for their all round achievement, volunteer work,
and who will be entering their first year of university, college, or
any other accredited post secondary institution. Students
eligible to apply are those who have attended Forest Hills School
in ASDS for a minimum of at least two consecutive years.

A $250.00 bursary awarded to a grade 12 student from an ASDS Saint John Centre.
Need to list the volunteer services you have done within our community.
Must be within good academic standing.
Enclose a brief letter responding to the topics on Forest Hills Vision Statement on last
page of application.
5. If selected, must attend Forest Hills School Celebrate Assembly on June 18th 2015.
6. Mail completed application with letter to: Forest Hills Home and School Association
