PRE-SCHOOL PROGRAM 2015-16
The Pre-school Program is operated within the Melba S. Lehner Children’s School in the Department of Child
and Family Studies. The Center is located in the David O. McKay Education Building. These preschool children
will be integrated into the Extended Day Preschool. Because of this there are limited spots available. Children
from the community are welcome to participate. For additional information or questions call 801-626-6277.
Applications are taken January 1st through March 31st for the following school year. Children who will be three
or four by September 1st will be eligible to apply.
HOURS:
9:00 to 11:30 a.m. M T W TH (These children must be 4 or older)
1:30 to 4:00 p.m. M T W TH (These children must be 4 or older)
2:00 to 4:30 p.m. M T W TH (These children must be 3 or older)
Your best chance to get into the school will be if you are flexible with your choice of hours.
2015-16 FEES:
$575.00 per 15 week semester
LEARNING WITH YOUR CHILD PROGRAM
All parents of children attending the Melba S. Lehner Children’s School are required to
participate in “Learning with your Child” parenting program.

We understand that this is a parent and child program. If we are selected, our child will attend the Melba S.
Lehner Children’s School and we will participate in your parenting program. Participation by both parents is
required in order for our child to remain in the Children’s School Program.
