 Review and approval of structural concrete & steel reinforcement shop drawings and inspect

Ahli United Bank (AUB) New Headquarter Building in Seef area, Kingdom of Bahrain. The bank
consists of five stories main building, 12,000m 2 built –up area with two panoramic lifts & hanging
staircase linking the office floors and a 9,000 m 2 multi storey car park building of 220 spaces shall
be used by staff to enter the building through the glass bridge at each floor level.
Responsibilities:
 Follow-up the finishing works (block work, plastering, painting, remedial work to concrete,
gypsum partitions, steel work, stone work, aluminum curtain walls & windows, raised floor and
wood work).
 Ensure contractor’s compliance with contract documents.
 Approval of materials, mock-ups and shop drawings.
 Review and approval of structural concrete & steel reinforcement shop drawings and inspect

 Follow up the finishing works (block work, plastering, painting, remedial work to concrete,
