NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that a Meeting of the Chapel St Leonards Parish Council is to be held on MONDAY 9
DECEMBER 2013 at 7.00 pm in the Village Hall, Sea Road, Chapel St Leonards. The
business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the Agenda
There will be a public forum starting at 7.00 pm where members of the public may ask
questions of the Council or make short statements. The Council meeting will start after this,
but no later than 7.30 pm.

Planning:
TO RESOLVE
N/031/01934/13 – Change of use of land to provide an extension to an existing caravan site
and siting of 95 no. static caravans, excavation of land to provide 2 no. ponds and
embankments to a maximum height of 0.5m and provision of associated access roads, in
accordance with amended plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 22 November
2013, East Park Leisure, Trunch Lane, Chapel St Leonards.
The proposed phasing of the development is confirmed on the layout plan for site; the
footpath has been amended to be 2m wide along its entire length and the landscaping
adjacent to it is to be controlled as outlined in an amendment to the ‘Tree Constraints and
Landscaping Report’; and the application is also advertised as a departure from the local plan

That the following applications will be considered by the Planning Committee of East
Lindsey District Council on 12 December 2013:
N/031/01934/13 – Change of use of land to provide an extension to an existing caravan site
and siting of 95 no. static caravans, excavation of land to provide 2 no. ponds and
embankments to a maximum height of 0.5m and provision of associated access roads, in
accordance with amended plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 22 November
2013, East Park Leisure, Trunch Lane, Chapel St Leonards.
N/031/01763/13 – Change of use of land to provide an extension to existing holiday venue to
include the siting of 140 no. static holiday caravans, excavation of land to provide a water
feature to include fishing locations and excavation of land to provide an ornamental pond,
construction of a multi-use games area and tennis court, both with 3 metre high fencing, and
children’s play area, construction of perimeter and internal embankments to a maximum
height of 1.2 metres and provision of a new vehicular access and internal roads in accordance
with amended plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 16 October 2013 and 14
November 2013, Land adjacent to Golden Palm, Skegness Road, Chapel St Leonards

To consider any urgent administrative matters which have arisen since the agenda was
promulgated and which cannot await the next meeting of the Council

To resolve to move into closed session in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to
Meetings) Act 1960
