Gain an insight into basic reflexology massage techniques for the feet and explore aromatherapy using essential oils. Both therapies aid physical and mental wellbeing. Reiki Introduction Reiki is a simple method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that can be used at home. Reiki heals by channelling energy fields within our bodies and charging them with positive energy. Reiki reduces stress and anxiety, improves self-esteem and aids relaxation and wellbeing.
