We are delighted to present our production Aladdin, featuring all Performing Arts, Communication
Arts, and Visual Arts students at Kids’ Gallery Festival Week 2016!
1 Production and costume
To take part in this production and enjoy an early bird discount, please send us payment of $750 to
cover production costs, costume, and a show T-shirt by Saturday, 27 February 2016. For entries
after this date, the production fee is $880. The final closing date for application is 9 April 2016. If
you do not wish to take part in this event, please also let us know by returning the reply slip.
2 Rehearsals
Each student will be prepared for this production within their regular class time from March until
May, so we ask that you remain committed to your course and avoid transferring during the
rehearsal process. (This is not a compulsory event, and your child will still have the opportunity to
explore the theme within class time. For May/June term, the open class will be the live performance
at the theatre; for those not involved, a make-up class should be arranged.) Parents/caregivers are
not allowed backstage during the rehearsals and performance. Performers will stay in our care
during these times.
3 Production week
The production week will take place from 31 May to 6 June 2016. You will be given your child’s
exact performance date by the end of April. Siblings will be cast into the same show where
requested.
4 Tickets
Tickets for this event can be purchased through HK Ticketing. We will inform you via email when
tickets are on sale. All audience members will need to purchase tickets to watch the show, including
infants. Kids’ Gallery does not accept any responsibility for ticketing.
Ticket prices: Adults $360, concessionary (students/senior citizens) $180.
5 VIP Family Sponsor Package
We are offering an exclusive opportunity to support our productions by becoming one of our
limited number of VIP Family Sponsors. As a VIP, you will receive priority seating at your child’s
performance and a boxed set of additional benefits. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor,

6 Photo shoot
Your child is invited to a professional photo shoot at Page Studio. From this photo shoot, one
selected photo will appear in the Festival Week 2016 house programme. Tuesday to Friday photo
shoot bookings are free of charge; Saturday and Sunday bookings will incur a $100 fee which may
be offset against any photos purchased. The photo shoot period is from 1 January to 30 April. Page
Studio will contact you directly to arrange your photo shoot session. Please note that booking is on
a first come, first served basis.

7 Costume measurement
Your child will be measured for their costume in class.
8 Remarks
No photography or video taking is allowed during the performance. A professional souvenir DVD
of the whole performance will be available.
No parents or caregivers are allowed in the backstage area.
Please note that once confirmed, your child becomes an important part of the Festival Week cast
and we cannot give refunds of production fees for any reason.
