Responsible for overall planning and execution of the project. Controlling labour and
material, preparation of quantities, material submittals and method statements,
preparing valuations and variations, conducting weekly meetings and coordinate with
relevant authorities for approvals. Totally in charge for safety and quality assurance.
Independent In charge for the specified project from the initial stage to the Handover
Stage.
Supervision and inspection of all Structural and architectural works.
Supervision of all setting out work , alignment, backfilling and leveling, load bearing
test and all services inside and outside the building. Also responsible for the finishing
works.
Responsible for setting out the works and supervising the earthworks, asphalt,
drainage and services elements of the works.
Coordination with MEP& Various sub-contractors.
Organize manpower and equipment allocation based on site schedule to comply with

Prepare request for Inspection &Testing RFI for all activities at site.
