Team Thompson proudly and honorably represents the Shakil’s
School of Martial Arts of Montclair, NJ under the instructions of 4
time World Champion Martial Artist, 7th Degree Black Belt with
over 40 years of martial arts training and Black Belt Hall of Fame
Inductee, Master Kevin Thompson. For the past 7 consecutive
years, Team Thompson has earned and achieved national
champion status under the flagship National Sport Karate
Association (NASKA). Team Thompson competes only in the most
competitive contests that NASKA has to offer throughout the USA
and Canada.
Dear friend:
Our annual 2013 Team Thompson National Karate Team sponsorship drive has commenced. Our goal is
to raise $9,000.00 that will be utilized for the purchase of team uniforms, sparring gear, competitive
martial arts training, fees associated with national martial competition events such as transportation,
registration, hotel & food, etc.
In order for us to meet this goal, we are asking for cash sponsorships from our local businesses, family
and friends such as your self.
Your sponsorship will be utilized as a supplement to assist Team Thompson concerning expenses
associated with all national competitions. We ask that you will consider a sponsorship donation in the
following fixed amounts or the amount of your choice as cited below.
If you cannot make a donation for one of the specific requested amounts, you can make a donation in the
amount that you are most comfortable with. We would appreciate such sponsorship just the same.
We hope that we can count on your support to help Team Thomson efforts to produce national
