 Ensure adequate material and spare parts are available to undertake planned work requirements and
review stock level.
 Update the maintenance procedure for all technical and practical aspects of Mechanical fabrication,
Instrumentation and Electrical maintenance and refurbishment.
 Condition monitoring checks and replacements of failed components.
 Coordinating with design and project engineers to ensure all works are completed in line with the
procedures.
 Producing commissioning/service reports and certificates for the projects.
 Ensure servicing/maintenance the systems in accordance with the commissioning and service manuals
/instruction.
 Managing the system installation activities at site and implementation of QA/QC and safety procedure at
site.
 Ensuring successful execution and completion of the projects in coordination with project engineer,
design engineers, site supervisors, consultants and clients.
 Control of incoming and outgoing and tracking of all documents, communications, and materials from or
to client and other sources.
 Preparing weekly/monthly project reports and minutes of meeting.etc.



