At the Social Science Computing department at the Faculty of Economics and
Political Science, Cairo University.
- Lab instructor for several undergraduate courses including social network
analysis, data mining, and computer applications in modern information
societies.
- Designed and conducted an experiment on public goods as part of master’s
thesis.
- Assisted with two experiments: Policy making in Egypt after the 25th
January revolution (May 2014) and negative campaigning and trust
(November 2014).
Administrated the new learning management system (LMS) in the faculty and was
in charge of managing its interface and supervising its performance. Designed and
conducted two workshops for faculty members on how to use the faculty’s LMS.
Provided students and faculty members with assistance using the faculty’s LMS
and with basic computer skills and software.
Handled all the duties of managing booking requests and artists’ schedules and
media reports. Established a new reporting system to efficiently report and keep
track of events. Communicated goals and instructions to clients and event
organizers. Followed up with event organizers. Translated and transcribed two
artists’ albums. Managed organization’s social media accounts.
Assisted in designing and analyzing computerized experiments in the field of
experimental economics. Participated in designing ztree programs for experiments
including tax compliance, public goods and the ultimatum game.
Developed language and computer skills. Enhanced strategic planning
and research skills. Acquired basic business skills including: market
research, business correspondence, report writing, and coordinating
business meetings.

Education program at AYB association for sustainable development at the
American University in Cairo. Lead a team of volunteers to eradicate illiteracy
and teach kids, in under-privileged areas, the basics of Arabic language and
Math. Prepared educational syllabuses, held committee meetings, prepared
assessment tests for beneficiaries, and created an inclusive system for
evaluating tutors and syllabuses. Introduced new educational techniques
including learning how to calculate using abacus and performing mental
mathematics.
