Featuring works that span artistic disciplines, genres and decades, Napa Valley Arts in April 2015 offers an artistic feast of exclusive events, openings and exhibits throughout the entire month. His song “City Girl” was recently featured on the TV show “Reign.” April 18 at 3 p.m.: Watch artist Joshua Nissen King paint his works, which will be showcased through the month of April. The San Francisco based Joshua Nissen King, who has roots in Napa, draws from childhood memories resulting in vivid painted landscapes. April 19 at 2 p.m.: Dante Stewart’s artwork strikes a balance between the brightness of life, and the serenity of the afterlife. Dante has been working at Flora Springs – The Room for two years. Engaging and unassuming, he rarely speaks of his past or passion. After witnessing his talents first-hand at The Room, Dante was recently commissioned to design and create an upcoming wine label.
