TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
1. The diagnostic & control kits should have expiry not less than one year or at least 2/3rd of the
shelf life. Longer expiry kits would be preferable.
2. The kit should be easily programmable on fully automate4d biochemistry analyzer Erba xl-300.
3. Ready to use material.
4. The kit should be only two reagents system ( R1 & R2).
5. Original packing of manufacturer.
6. The evaluation of price will be done on the cost per ml of the reagent, irrespective of the pack
size offered.
7. Demonstration of the kit to be given on our existing equipment.
8. Except item no. 7, others will be received in three installments or as per requirement of the
department.
9. Item no. 4 & 5 should be compatible with the existing kits of Agape Diagnostics & Span
Diagnostic respectively.
