instructions within the ACM and the Test Material
Pack/Ship PowerPoint.
Ensure that test materials are ready by 8:00 AM on your
prescheduled pickup date.
Verify that all security reports have been returned with
signature.
Complete and submit a District Administration and
Security Report to OSPI. This report has check boxes of
responsibilities. Boxes checked ‘no’ must have an
explanation provided.
Testing Materials
 Develop and implement a school district security plan



to ensure that all test material is kept secure before,
during, and after each test session.
Ensure that schools have a locked, secure, limited
access storage area for all secure test material.
Verify that all school and district level boxes included
in your material shipment have been received. Verify
the contents of each box against quantities indicated
on the packing list.
Retain boxes in which materials were shipped for the
return of all secure materials.
