Strawberry Hill Breakfast Club
At Sir Richard Reynolds
We realise that parent’s need different types of support to care for their child/children before school.
So baring this in mind we will be providing two types of parent packages for the breakfast club:
PACKAGE ONE
THE PARENT PACKAGE
This package will give you the opportunity to drop off your child/children early at school.
The opening hours for the breakfast club will be between 7.30am – 8.50am Monday – Friday during
term time. (Excluding Bank Holidays and School Inset Days).
Ages – Reception upwards
The breakfast club for St Richard Reynolds offering:







07.30am breakfast club with drop off at the children’s classroom at 08.50am.
Serving a light breakfast typically consisting of a choice of cereal, toast and fruit.
Homework club
Reading
Outdoor and indoor exercise
Section allowed for story time and/or reading.
Age appropriate recourses
The cost for this provision is £8.50 per morning all inclusive.
Package Two
The Supportive Package
This package also gives you the opportunity to drop your child/children off early.
The hours for the Supportive Package will be 08.15am - 08.45am Monday – Friday during term time.
(Excluding Bank Holidays and School Inset Days).
Ages – Reception upwards
The breakfast club for St Richard Reynolds offering:



08.15am breakfast club with drop off and being lead to the classroom at 08.45am
Homework club
Reading

Outdoor and indoor exercise


Section allowed for story time and/or reading.
Age appropriate recourses
The cost for this provision is £4.50 per morning all inclusive.
Strawberry Hill Breakfast Club will be located in the primary hall in the school.
We provide high quality, out of school care for children who attend Sir Richard Reynolds
school only.
Our objective for the parents of Sir Richard Reynolds:

standard of care in a safe and secure and happy and informal environment.
Ensuring the safety and welfare of the children is our paramount concern.











Parents to have extended hours in a warm and friendly atmosphere
Children can do homework in a supervised environment
Social environment
Children to have a proper breakfast
We would provide a place for up to 35 children from 07.30-08.45am
Reputable company with 3.5 years childcare experience with a Good Ofsted result.
Providing qualified staff (all CRB checked).
All staff will have first aid, safeguarding and SENCO training.

Registration forms must be fully completed and returned to the school office with
a £30 cash deposit before a child can attend Breakfast Club.
Strawberry Hill Pre-School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare
of children and expects all staff, parents, carers and volunteers to share this
commitment.
Places will be allocated on a ‘first come first served’ basis and can be reserved in
advance for each day required.
Payment is required in advance. (Ad hoc) sessions payable on the day. (Payment
will be required on days of absence.)
Ad hoc sessions will be agreed if there is space available. These sessions should
be booked with a minimum of 48 hours notice.
Payment should be made by bank transfer or cash only.

Please return fill in the pack and return to the school office.
