STANDING BUSINESS:
A. Reviewed Ag Day Agenda – October 15th.
1. The agenda is nearly finalized.
2. TED Talks will be done as a class discussion with breakfast.
3. Arrangements needs to provide plates and utensils for breakfast and lunch.
4. Galen and Jamie, session day planners, plan on attending session all day.
5. Breakfast is sponsored by Staybridge Suites.
6. Lunch is provided by Big Mouth, Arrangements needs be there to allow access to the facility.
B. Reviewed Education Day Preliminary Agenda – November 12th.
1. Currently working on the agenda.
2. Possible changes to the schools that will be visited.
3. Need to confirm breakfast.
4. Agenda will be available at the next meeting.
C. Human Services Day
ACTION ITEM: Chamber staff to send Human Services Day Survey to the committee and task force.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
 Motion was made and seconded to approve the August 11, 2015 Minutes as distributed. Motion carries.
FINANCIALS:
A. Discussed current Financials.
B. Still have some outstanding expenses from the Reception, Retreat and Human Services Day.
BUSINESS:
A. Leadership High School
1. Opening Reception – September 21, 2015 at Great Falls College-MSU Heritage Hall at 7pm.
a. Still working on the keynote speaker.
2. Retreat - Solid Rock Bible Church
The next Leadership Steering Committee Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at 12:30pm in
the Chamber Video Conference Center.
