CRC Values: Responsible stewardship Impact Collaboration Diversity Leading with integrity Excellence of service Job Summary Under the supervision of the Senior Water Programs Manager, the Water Programs manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and continued success of a variety of water conservation programs including the Slow the Flow Sprinkler Inspection Program. Principal Responsibilities The principle duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: As frontline program administrator, maintain and build upon the success of current water conservation programs including Slow the Flow Irrigation Inspections and Indoor Consultations Financial management and responsibility for managing each program to budget Track and monitor program metrics to ensure objectives and goals are met Lead the hiring, training and supervision of seasonal Slow the Flow Technicians Oversee the scheduling of irrigation audits Implement the marketing of water conservation programs Ensure that data collected during all appointments is correct and complete Oversee the preparation of materials for water conservation programs Be available to assist in other water conservation programs both existing and new Establish and maintain partnerships with 35 Colorado utility partners and collaboratively work with them on program marketing, logistics, and communication of metrics Co-write technical reports for presentation to partner entities Willingness to actively contribute to other water conservation programs both existing and new Actively contribute to the success of the all water programs and to contribute towards building a positive, collaborative and results-oriented team Communicate and report program information to CRC senior staff Desired Outcomes Continued success of CRC’s water conservation programs across the State of Colorado Enhancement and growth of existing water conservation programs Formalize and track procedures within water programs Effective day-to-day program management with focus on meeting financial and impact goals Cooperative, engaged, water programs team working towards shared goals Skills and Abilities Superior communication skills Superior attention to detail Strong critical thinking and strategic thinking skills Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively Ability to supervise and motivate staff and volunteer work force Excellent customer service skills Strong writing and data analysis skills, including statistical analysis abilities Volunteer recruitment and management skills Excellent computer skills Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Experience with sprinkler systems, residential plumbing, and/or technical aptitude required Previous hiring and staff management experience a plus Desired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Two years’ work experience in program management/coordination with proven success Essential Functions Must have a valid drivers’ license and access to a working vehicle. Minimal travel through the Denver area required Must be able to complete physical labor, including being able to lift a maximum of 30lbs or walk 3 miles at a time.
