OPPORTUNITY
What have other people said about this
course?
 This is one of the best CPD programmes I
have ever taken part in - EVER!
 Fantastic course leader - very inspiring
 This course is a definite must for
schools/practitioners who wish to develop
their understanding of Maths as a core
subject area. It offers opportunities to assess
and evaluate practice alongside building a
network of colleagues with whom best
practice can be shared.
 It was a no-nonsense approach to what
exactly is needed to improve learning
 2/3 of my hard to move children made more
than expected progress (6 points) as a direct
result of me implementing the elements of
this course.
 The opportunities for professional dialogue
were so very useful
 This has totally changed my approach to the
thinking about and teaching of Maths

Governors have asked for a more focussed
networking session for them to engage in peer
to peer support relating to some of the issues
school governors face in their roles.
Affinity TSA welcomes governors from all
schools in the Alliance to join in a new series of
Governor network sessions where we can work
together to help discuss and overcome some of
these challenges in a productive and supportive
way.
The agenda for the session will be determined
on the night by those who attend and the
session will be facilitated by Affinity TSA
representatives to help the sessions flow.
